What to expect
Each session opens with a few minutes of guided breathing and muscle relaxation to help you settle in. From there, we explore a different part of the grief journey each week through gentle discussion, reflection, and practical tools for the hard days.
The group is led by Stephen Howerton, MA, LPCA, CGP, and meets over secure video with a private waiting room.
Rooted in faith
Christian hope runs through this group: the promise that the Shepherd leads us beside still waters and restores our souls. It shapes how we hold grief together, without pressure or preaching.
Before joining, each member meets briefly with Stephen to make sure the group is a good fit.
