Payment & insurance
We are a private-pay practice and accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and HSA/FSA cards. We don't bill insurance directly, but we're happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellation policy
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice and missed sessions are charged a $25 fee.
If two sessions in a row are missed without notice, we'll close your file. You're welcome to contact us about returning to care.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, if you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. If your bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you may dispute it. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.
